E&Y administrators have applied to court for a date to hand over Metronet
to TfL

After former mayor Ken Livingstone gave the nod, the administrators from
Ernst
& Young (E&Y) yesterday applied to court to appoint the date when
Metronet can be handed over to Transport for London (TfL).
The hearing of the application for when transfer schemes to transfer the
business undertaken by Metronet to two subsidiaries of TfL will come into force,
will take place on May 23.
E&Y said creditors had been advised of the details of the court hearing
and the terms of the transfer schemes.
