Communications specialists Holley Warren have faxed us to point out the appalling literary standards of UK managers, claiming that over 90 per cent of business letters are riddled with errors. Unfortunately, their own communication is infected with the same virus, with missing words, eccentric punctuation and misspellings in most paragraphs. Is this a spot-the-deliberate-error game or a post-modern joke?
