LogicaCMG wins long-term deal with Aon

LogicaCMG has won a ten-year deal to manage and develop all business-critical application of risk and management consultancy Aon.

The deal is expected to save up to 50% of Aon?s current applications management and outsourcing costs over the life of the agreement.

Aon also hopes that more efficient business processes will enable the company to concentrate on its core insurance business.

Anne Boden, Aon UK chief information officer, said: ?I am delighted to put into place this agreement which enables Aon to benefit from a flexible cost model that can respond quickly to the insurance industry?s changing needs.?
