ToDo Plus is essentially a more powerful version of the built-in ToDo List of the Palm. Featuring every function of the List, it adds several useful functions that are surprisingly absent from the Palm's built-in program.
The most notable additions include the ability to attach drawings to a task, in a similar manner to a note. This is done using an adequate built-in graphics tablet, allowing you to draw in freehand, or make use of various shape tools. Palm III users can even create multicoloured sketches.
Like Palm's ToDo List, entries can be given a due date; but with ToDo Plus you can choose to display these items by due date. In other words, you can choose to display only those articles due that day, week or month.
You can also set alarms for events, to make doubly sure they get done. Select the date and time of the alarm, along with the actual sound to use. When the task is due, a reminder pops up, along with the alarm, detailing the task due.
Should you have plenty of tasks that recur or repeat, and which you can never remember, ToDo Plus can help here too. Tasks can be set to recur at a fixed interval. You may have to carry out a task every Monday, for example: mark the current record as completed, and a new record is automatically created for the next Monday.
Alternatively, set an event to be regenerated a fixed number of days after it is completed - every five days, for example.
